Anyway, dont assume the BB will wait for dividend...normally when results are out and dividend announced ...the price move up to include this. And retail may rush in to push it up too.  BB may unload several rounds before the payout date. We nver know and cant assume they keep for dividend. High value blue chips are risky for shortist mainly due to the high value involved. Anyway ....can get caught if someone come out and buy in ( temasek ?) I am vested. and awaiting patiently for the results. Gd luck

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Price of DBS travels in waves, u see dips in Oct and Dec immediately after which, a rally upwards higher than the dip.      This time round, the tip has tested supports, and as someone pointed out is now at the tip of the lower bollinger band. If it follows the same pattern as in Oct & Dec, this time round the rally would bring it up to test new highs.    And the results would help.

DBS moves up and down, and past few days have been quite volatile in currency trading, plus negative news on China' s economy (PMI), although there seems nothing to do with DBS. With the price down, DBS begin to look more attractive to fund managers.      Expect good results, and better quarters ahead as interest rates continue rising.

For your infor, some of the sellers are big US houses. BUT DBS result is next tue...which give them ONLY the nex 3/4 days at most. ( as DBS should have a good set of results) In fact I think it is a good opportunity to buy in ....check it out on your own pls. SG mkt is manipulated by CKs.    Fact of life. In the FX mkt, the biggest CKs are the central banks.    Sneaky Swiss National Bank has been buying Euros and dumping USD and Francs to keep their exports competitive without losing control of the brakes.  Biggest CK in the world. hehe.
