Short seller' s fake report is the main reason why this counter is suspended. So without conclusively proving short seller' s report is wrong and guilty verdict, what is the basis of resumming?

Thanks for support. Influential gurus here, need your help to post this petition to the other subjects or topics. SG Boleh! Like GE 2020, this is a fight for minority shareholders in general, and Best World is just 1 case. The issue here is lack of accountability, transparency and lack of timely updates from listed companies. You don' t need to be a shareholder to put in this petition. We just need more voices and support from everyone in the investment community! So that SGX hears us, all the listed companies out there hear us, Best World and PWC hear us. Hopefully, this is a topic about listcos, professional parties, regulator (to a certain extent) to be more fair and accountable to small, retail shareholders like us. We, the retail investors are also play an important role in the stock market. |

i totally agree with u. in investing the most impt is risk mgmt. as opmi, we do not have majority control / substantial influence. although the company is sound, i won' t throw caution to the wind. Rule No.1 Do not lose money. Anything can happen(not saying it will) in this world. With shares suspended, and our paper profits can disappear due to unforseen circumstance. The longer the suspension, the higher our risk. The signatures only 50+ those with have blogs / websites / influencers, maybe can help. tor long tor long.

As shareholder, im happy with the dividends but sad that i can' t do anything with the shares. Tbh, i dont care about the short sellers. Now is bull market, best time to resume trading. Resume trading when the market is hot, give us a chance for small time shareholder to exit for other stocks. Also hope share price will pop because of the dividends, good performance. If not, wait until another bear market meh.... Haiz.... | ||||

I think this is to punish the short sellers who are still in short position. Just hope that company will declare more dividends or even bonus issue or share split. lol. Please continue to the suspension. until the short seller is found guilty of fake report.

sincere thanks to the kind soul for initiating this, it has warmed the cockles of my heart. As a shareholder, i hv been suffering for more than 1 year already, and then gena news of dividend suspension. what hv i done to deserve this ??? Why blame SGX RegCo? They shd blame BW management instead. If they' re able to provide all information, evidence, documents, etc required to complete the investigation, no one would be able to prevent it fm trading again.

i wrote to sgx regco to feedback abt this ... i think wld be good if more shareholders feedback, the suspension is taking way too long, esp when there is no clear signs of fraud so far. not fair to us shareholders whose money stuck so long ... nobody champion for our cause.
