We are encouraged by this development as we are starting to see distributorship growth following the opening of the Shanghai office this year. The company is finalizing the locations for self-owned stores in Shanghai and about two to three stores are targeted to commence operations in 1Q 2014. Expect Contribution from 2014: We like the progress made by Eratat to add new distributors and to open self-owned stores. We may see greater financial contribution in 2Q 2014 from these initiatives when sales at both new distributors and the new self-owned stores start to ramp up. Company's balance sheet is very strong at net cash of 25c per share . Target price and valuation at 28c is attractive . (with upside of  approximately 150% ) from current price .

So now i just do my small part to let them know first . I already let you know . You don't buy to buy is your own problem . SHK is viewed as a strategic partner who would " increase the exposure of Eratat shares to a new investor community, funds and financial institutions in HK and the PRC," said Ken. SHK also has a business network which could open doors to new contacts and opportunities in HK and the PRC for Eratat. In that case, the actions and contributions of SHK would be something that investors would look forward to hearing about in future. A key feature of the unconvertible bonds subscribed by SHK is, Eratat has the sole option to redeem them in full before they mature in two years' time. And Eratat stands to enjoy significant upside if the 82.5 million warrants also issued to the bond holders are exercised at any time over the next two years.
