Basically it means as auditors, they are not able give shareholders an opinion of the company. This is the most serious statement an auditor can make. It is a Red Card. At least in football, red card means out you go and get suspended for few matches. This zoo get red card but continue playing. Mana ada system. If agm proceed, it will be full house. Maybe must book a stadium, that's why taking so long.
