x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	so thie abundance intl wrt is convertible to mother share on expiration date or on notification by the company anytime before expiry.   its not a covered wts issued by banks/issuers which pay the difference between exercise price n closing price on expiry ..(usually 1-3 months)   it should be trading at premium and not huge discount....4 years to go...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Their warrant is FOC with the zeron coupon bond maturing in 2021.  on maturity, they get $0.02 back.  the bond they bought at a discount price of $0.016. hence on maturity, they get a profit of 25% on investment...... so misleading... " zero coupon" .  at current price of warrant which is free to them, they are actually on paper gain. hence if they can unlaod all their warrant, they get the company (majority) FOC + profit + 25%...... very smart Investors. One month before the expiry the co will send out circular to inform all hoders of the warrants re the conversion. If not everybody will be buying n converting for immediate profit now.
