DBS had alrdy analyse and comment appro$1b can be free up on minimum debt model. That 1b can pay for 2027 to 2028 dividend 4 cents no issues. The fun part is lim bail out genM retail investors with $2.38 offer. genM only drop 2.5% for 77% drop in profit while genS tank over 10%. genM 2025 suffer loss too.

Anyway it getting ridiculous now genM reported 77% drop in 1q today and a loss in 2025 but trading higher than genS. genM $1.98 ringit appr 0.63 sgd. Plus genM is heavily in debt due to NY casino licence. Now u know why retail investors all shun SGX cos it a shitting exchange for growth stocks.

Once uncertainty on casino licence clear on renewal, casino earning would start to recover. Connectivity for RWS to CBD would be improved in jul once circleline new stations open. I was hoping they do capital refinancing for RWS2.0 to unlock value. In short market don had high hope for 1h26, stock had fallen for low profit.

Now just need casino licence to be extended normally 3 years to remove future earning uncertainty so stock price can recover. Hope dividend go up to 5 cents on 2025 RWS2.0 milestone achieved.
