Haha Transpac 5cts div + 3 free warrant only up SGD 0.085 on 30 Apr closing.
Just wonder how much will the 3 free warrant price for trading.
If price at 10 cts will get 30 cts free liao.
Current value up SGD 0.085 &ndash 0.05 div = 0.035 (3 warrant only at SGD 0.035 very cheap lei).

Finally the dividen of 5 cts and bonus warranty come.

But don't understand why the exercise price for 1 year is $2.28 ???

That mean in 1 year time Transpac price will be more than $2.28 else who want to exercise it at $2.28.

Can anybody explain it. Thanks !

It appear that they are going into Myanmar. The price of $1.28 is a discount over the current share price. I think they want to motivate as many to exercise as possible to raise fund. At $1.655 before announce, once the warrant starts to exercise the share price will be diluted. Very soon it will be not worth $1.655.

What's wrong with transpac ? In the whole year, other stocks are rallying all the way. shit , this counter returns very low.

if I buy other stock, the return will much better than this one, wasted my time and money !

Do note of the EPS increase and capital of share also increase.

But its NAV has more than halved from $0.86(Dec 2011) to $0.39(Dec2012)in its recent financial report. I think the price is too X.Only can see that the dividend yield is supporting the price.
