What you mentioned is one of reason,but there are other factors. Even if performance remains,it may decline due to the high rate enviroment.

Share price drop because of their performance, right? Look at some of the US reits, the dividends are in double digit vis-a-vis the declining share prices.

need to be honest in their presentation. cannot exclude logistic park that is vacant in  calculations of occupancy percent. these vancant space has capital invested.  it shows the risk of renting an entire space to 1 big operator. 6 months pass by with no positive development. only talk about potential. must kick the management |

rem they try to stabilise the revenue stream by divserifying away from retail (hit badly by covid) and into logistics and industrial parks? The latter now hit badly by the lack lustre economy, it will eventually recover.. just whether investors have that patience.

Do what we are doing here. 3rd party involved. The party build and get paid for every charging usage. Reits revenue is depending on the structure of the contract with 3rd party. |
