During the halt, the company announced further investment of $53mil. However, since the company has requested suspension, it means the news of $53mil is not the reason for the halt. I looked into the main shareholder buying to almost 30% of outstanding shares. It could mean a takeover if he cross the 30% mark. In that case, then more time is needed to work out a takeover offer. :) But if there is no takeover, then there should not be bad news too. Remember the company sold its properties for $80mil. No issue of having money. But what to do with this money. :) I doubt there is any bad news judging from similar price action of other listed companies before price halt. I keenly await the news on this.
