x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	At $1.60, it is tempting. When I compare Singtel with Starhub, I think the latter has a greater potential for share price appreciation. Being a global player, Singtel is subject to global competition, as its latest results have shown whereas Starhub enjoys a stable local environment, with limited competition from some new but small licensees. Starhub is probably at its bottom, but Singtel has more fat to lose.
