APAC has lodged a Notice of General Meeting (&ldquo NOM&rdquo ) with the Australian Securities Exchange (&ldquo ASX&rdquo ) and a prospectus (&ldquo Prospectus&rdquo ) with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (&ldquo ASIC&rdquo ) for an offer of up to 250,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares at an offer price of $0.02 each to raise up to $5,000,000 with a minimum subscription to raise at least $3,500,000 before costs.

BTW.. no matter how you say it.. i believe that my analysis is good enough to support my investment of 7K.

 Alert Admin 		Don't bother. Algae fuel? Might as well say Magnus investing in space travel. This stock is not like rubbish stock. It is rubbish stock lol. Don't be conned into buying. It will end up like another annica with persistent sell queues at 0.1ct.

They have this new micro algae oil or something like that.    What' s the contribution and margin of this product?  Can' t seem to find any figures in the annual report.    The other biz are all shrunk due to the oil & gas slowdown.
