x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Thats why it is important to find out if there is any deal and future or they are just dragging to get the last drop out of a failed investment, do further round of conversions and survive to create another story. Ltd. and Tantalum Holding (Mauritius) Ltd have on 28 September 2017 mutually agreed to enter into an Amendment Agreement to, inter alia, extend the Maturity Date of the Original Facility Agreement to 31 March 2018.

Retail investors have some questions in mind, have things really changed under new management? Does the management have clearly laid out plans for taking this company to the next level? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Funny to see so many spokesperson of the leader but the leader does not speak himself, think yesterdays buy up was just a safe punt and now wait for next update.Communication to individual investors seems to be last priority, just throw report at individual investors with a big " go figure it out yourself" .

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	the report mentioned 4 comparable companies-check them out A$0.025 to 0.038 recently. if CT proceeds to start exploration to realise the $b in the ionic clay there will be funds raising exercise (rights issues, exercise convetible bonds, private equity funds).  Need to hear from him of the future plans.

It' s fair to say that people would expect a drop in the actual valuation but of course, we did not expect such a huge drop. Nevertheless, this is still the preliminary stage for valuation, it should increase as time goes by
