x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It is a known secret that the gloves' ASP (average selling price) is moving up monthly. This is the main reason why the analysts are still bullish and project supernormal profit for each glove companies. In our previous presentation, we projected UGHC' s profit (Jan-Jun 2020) to be at $15Mil with $1.5Mil forex loss. It turned out to be $13Mil with $5Mil of forex loss. Based on the chart below, I would say that it is mainly due to the strengthening of USD against Brazilian Real as the rest of the currencies were flat. From Jul onward, as long as there is no further weakening of the currencies against USD, we can also say that there will be no forex loss for UGHC thus all earnings will be retained. It is as good as having $5mil of profit if they earn the same as last year.

And the fundamentals have not changed since the split....therefore 1.60 is a reasonable and achievable target.
