For so many quarters, I have not seen them announcing any contract win. Nearly 3 to 4 quarters already, and their order book should be drying up too. Still have to do placement for a few millions SDG.

With reference to the article ?Potential Accounting Tunneling Fraud at China Environment? by Terence Chua Tong Liang and Yeo Shan Rui from Singapore Management University, the management of China Environment maintains that the project title is an overstatement by the two authors and is not a fair representation of the company. All our accounting decision and application have been made in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards of Singapore and have been duly audited by our independent auditors. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the questions raised, please see our reply as follows. 1) Investment in subsidiaries increased by RMB80,608,000. 2) Loan receivables from subsidiaries increased by RMB73,653,000. The above mentioned are accounting entries related to monies which we have raised from the placement exercise in Singapore in August & November 2013 for the purpose of supporting the growth of the Group?s business and operations in the People?s Republic of China. The net proceeds were duly transferred to the subsidiaries in China and recorded as above. 3) Receivables are as much as the revenue. Please refer to our fillings on the SGXNET for our Third Quarter Financial results ended 30 September 2014 dated 11 November 2014. (Page 15). 4) Amount due to a director (non-trade) of RMB57,821,000 The Audit Committee of the Company is of the view that the transaction which is interest free and other than that is on normal commercial terms, is not prejudicial to the interests of the Company and its minority shareholders. Please refer to the announcement filed with SGXNET dated 28 October 2013. 5) Other receivables, deposits and prepayment increased by RMB39,960,000. The increase in other receivables, deposits and prepayment is in line with our revenue increase. 6) Why the Group?s operating expenses paid on behalf on behalf by director. Our Chairman (Director) helps the company to pay for certain fabrication and installation fees in cash. This is necessary because there are daily limits on the cash withdrawal from the corporate banking account. 7) Shares pledged and foreclosure by Huang Min As a shareholder of China Environment, Mr Huang Min is entitled to make his personal investments and financing arrangements.
