Constantly issue warrants and keep prices subdued such that only insiders will eventually convert. This modus operandi has become a disease in many listed family run SMEs. When prices go up, they will sell their shares . When prices too Low to keep warrant holders excited, just use company funds in share buyback to keep prices at a desired level.
