Both parties can always have own 1 sided story, eventually if the dispute brings to courts, outcome will be known. 400over mio just for Hull structures and superstructure without integration, if you know about the price of steel Hull and superstructure, Norwegian gov are paying premium price but getting 3rd class product from 3rd party yards. Who will simply close the case.
