x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The Company refers to its announcement made on 6 July 2018 relating to the Tuaspring divestment process. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the aforementioned announcement. As stated in the 6 July 2018 announcement, under the agreement with Maybank, the Company is to execute a binding agreement with a successful bidder or investor by 15 October 2018. The Company has requested that this deadline be extended by two weeks, and has obtained Maybank&rsquo s in-principle approval for this extension of time up to and including 29 October 2018.

The retailer (SP Group) buys from gencos and sell it to end users with prices pegged to international oil/gas prices.
