Seems like they pull it through this time.  One major hurdle down. Although unimpressive sale may still be an overcast but at least this verdict saves QTV from closing shop. Once QTV made the final annoucement on the case won and CB investors subscribe to the 2nd tranche, QTV should be quite ok to hoot liao.......see if shortists can make an even better entry price.... Not a buy/sell call.  DYDD.
