YZJ pattern always like that one. Once it start to cheong it will go up up and away..........for days if it doesn' t it wil stagnant fall. up 1 cents fall 2 cents like that :) When it strat to move it will move for days and up a lot in a day......can go crazy anytime.....divident date announcing soon...... |

Will YZJ replace CMA as STI constituent when CMA privatised? YZJ is one of the five reserve list stocks....the other 4 are Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, UOL Group, Keppel Land, CapitaCommercial Trust.. 20% chance... it will be definitely good if YZJ can move back to STI index. |

Baltic Dry Drops For 15th Day To Lowest In 9 Months (Back Below $1000) And still the mainstream media' s discussion of the collapse in the Baltic Dry shipping index is entirely absent. As we have been pointing out for weeks now, something extreme is occurring in the cost of shipping dry bulk around the world. 2014 is now witnessing the biggest drop in price (a typical seasonal pattern) to start the year since records began. Today' s drop to $989 (the first time below $1000 since June 2013) is the 15th drop in a row and it' s not just this index that is fading: Capesize, Panamax, and Supramax rates are all falling. As we noted previously, the shipbuilding industry is already feeling the pain.

Think that Index is for container ships. Ships that carries container cargos Like NOL. they would be effected most. YZJ already have huge orders for the next 2 years and beyond... already announced 5 cents per share dividents only actual payment date to be announced after AGM. |

If YZJ want to venture into property development just bcos it wants to develop its old shipyard land then it will be taking a big risk at current conditions. Will they able to secure the capitals needed for this new venture and secure new lands for future development? | ||||

Keppel used to be just a shipyard in 1968. Now there is Keppel land, Keppel T& T(M1) used to be a Keppel Bank that became Keppel-Tat Lee Bank but was eventually bought over by OCBC. I look forward for YZJ to emulate Keppel in China.

Shipbuilding Orders Evaporate As Baltic Dry Collapses The silence is deafening still about the ongoing collapse in the Baltic Dry Index among mainstream media types (as it just might challenge the hope/hype that growth is coming back). At the dismal level of 1002, BDIY is at 8-month lows and has fallen 14 days in a row... but now it is having a real world impact. As Sea News reports, Korean shipping companies are failing to place orders for large vessels and anxiety over the future is forcing some local companies to dispose of their assets despite the relatively low shipbuilding costs as of late. The Baltic Dry is down 14 days in a row at $1002 - its lowest in 8 months (and worst start to a year on record)

Shipowners said shipyards in such a short period between the delivery of two vessels, the lease to provide a guarantee for the shipowner, the shipowner expressed his thanks and look forward to in the new series of the Yangtze-made 82,000 tons bulk carrier ( ship shipyard trading ) of delivery. |

Why Chinese shipbuilders are diversifying into totally unrelated business? While I like YZJ, i am concerned about their financing busienss. Also, they have recently ventured into property development. JES on other hand are going into mining and forestry. |
