x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Rivercove EC was 80% sold in a day on Sat.  2nd timer quota up and all 4 and 5 bedders were sold out.  On the ground, agents have feedback that some buyers who missed out on Rivercove or held back on their purchase of Parc Botannia because they were waiting for Rivercove are now back looking at Parc Botannia.  Hope to see more caveats lodged in the weeks ahead.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	oh yah, last friday afternoon, the seller parked the 500 lots lorry to sell at 0.43.  then whole afternoon no one dare to touch but no one also capitulated at 0.425.  he subsequently withdrew a few mins from end of the day.  after that, he was no where to be seen from mon to thu this week.  lol.
