x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Try using dividend yield valuation, more reliable for business trust. yzjfh trade at 5-6% dividend yield valuation, might go higher as it still got lot of free cash not deployed. Dividend might shoot to 0.04- 0.05 depending on how fast money deployed. yzjfh also got potential to expand AUM using leverage which meant even higher yield.
