Now at last support line 86/86.5... Watch if breakdown, this may go retrace back to 84.5 or lower for durian pick.. Nasdaq went up so much it didnt follow suit.. very strange... And now AEM go down, it follow too..  Lion OCBC relatively is a better bet since early last week.. Dont waste time on this till the last qrt results announcement is released... Heavily suppressed counter...

US had a good run for tech and Semicon on Friday.
Broader market seems to be looking for another high after the news broke out on US debt over Japan which knee jerk the market after mid day trading of US market. Interestly Biden is otw to Japan and S Korea, strongly believe it' s regards to Monetory and AI technology related, though he will likely say " international secrurity" . A lot of people might think US support to Taiwan is barely containing China from over taking US thus throwing a lot of Military support in Taiwan / East Asia. From my view, it is the Tech which US wanna stop China from putting control in, Let' s say " " IF" " China somwhow manage to get Taiwan under it' s wing, it indirectly mean all AI tech which TSMC owns fall into the hand of China, plus somewhat China is still one of key resources supply chain in the market which many countries tries to undo now. Let look back at Chip Tech, It seems like Memory Ram inventory is on the high side but Nand is falling short due to AI demand. can read from Samsung Electronic report, Apple done well, but PC market still need some push and sale is gearing up after 2 years downside due to 3 years covid and worst came from China PC sales due to longer lockdown. at this point, we have not tourch AI processing chip, whereby it still at a early stages. What we hear from market is billions of dollars pour into investment / developing their own AI, Yes market is looking at Nvidia / TSMC for now, but as time pass by there should be more and more AI chip introducing to the market, creating a crunch / shortage in capacity / equipment. Once this happen, likelyhood demand will shift to PC / smart phone with AI capability / programmed which will bring another cycle of boom in memory chip. That why US is very keen and wanna keep this market from China, China have 2 option now, Taiwan (not quite possible) or S korea high chip consumer at least for now. Not asking people here to buy but should at least put in watchlist for Semicon or AI related stock. my view, have a good weekend |

It is a big laggard compared to AEM and other tech counters as when they are down they rebounded.. and for this is heavily suppressed and shorted.for last 5 days.... Hope the coming results next week will suprise on the upside and propel it upwards...

finally got notice by fund or instutitions. look at the way it was taken up bid by bid from 0.850 to 0.865, it' s all one mouth type. should not be just looking at 0.900, potentially above 1.00 unless US government does something silly to the AI industry which is supporting the labour now (one of the industry which we hear short of manpower / trained professional) there will be up down along the way, just play along support and resistant point. As for today, it serve as a turning point due to low volume, let' s see next few trading.

bro, you never see the " " But" " , and if you read the whole thing, i am saying semicon is picking up and retail are mislead by the subject. re-quote : we comes with a grow in factry activities, growing for June, so Q3 better or worst if AI potential comes into play? In contrast, the other electronic modules and components, and semiconductors segments grew 7.5 per cent and 3.1 per cent respectively. look at my eariler post, i average down and call for a buy for today. my take for coming earning is between -4% to +6% revenue, net profit likely flat from last reporting, should goes back above 90 cents. sorry if i caused any misunderstanding in my previous posting. Recent Headwind : AI not ORD yet, must stay in camp for training.... US say State security concern, cannot let AI troops go public or risk get caught by enermy. dyodd.
