x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Anyway if GIC does call off the deal, GLP must let shareholders know what was the best bid offer.. This will provide a floor support for the share price going forward... It will then be up to us shareholders to decide whether to continue to have faith in GIC /GLP and hold it 'together' for the long term... At the same time I don't think the best bid offer would be just only at 1.0 P/B.. Using ARA Asset Management as a rough reference.. Which privatization offers in the past few months were done at less than 1.0 P/B?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It only makes sense that the non-binding offers have to higher than $2.60 (to meet GIC' s expectations) in order to proceed to the current due dilligence phase. Once they peruse the necessary nitty gritty stuff to ensure nothing is amiss, the binding offers should flow. Vested in this. DYODD.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The prospects for GLP is much better now looking ahead, compared to 2013 then... GIC could still continue to hold and grow GLP if they decided the best bid offer is not good enough. Just my opinion
