He mentioned that the share price drop was most likely due to non-strategic Pre-IPO investors who were exiting during the moratorium  lock-up , and not really about short sellers. The moratorium has just expired last month so he expects the sell pressure to cool down. Reassuring also that he mentioned QT doesn' t intend any new shares placement offering (no existing shareholders dilution) and if cash is needed, debt could be an option (QT has a very low debt/equity ratio so shouldn' t be a problem to have a bank loan).

When I buy a counter especially for long term investment, I want to know the existing price is being suppressed by short interest or not. Maybe just sellers and not enough buyers, poor market sentiment in SG regarding fast-growing biotech still unprofitable,...
