Payment of 5.57c div for 2H' 20 on fri 28th. Not bad for a counter that trades $1.01. After collection can wait for another 2 and half months for announcement of 1H' 21. Last yr was on 11th Aug. Think could be another repeat of 5c plus. Again not bad for a counter that trades 1.01. If 1H' 21 is a repeat, then total div pa is 11.2c, or yearly yld of 11.1%, wow, not taking into consideration the possibility of capital appreciation. Cheers anyway to the LH to RH for keeping the price low for LT collectors.

Medtecs International Corporation
On May 12, Medtecs International Corporation deputy chairman, executive director and CEO William Yang Weiyuan acquired 500,000 shares of the Catalist-listed company for a consideration of S$479,000 at an average price of 95.8 cents per share.
This took his deemed interest in the supplier and distributor of personal protective equipment and provider of logistics services to healthcare institutions, from 0.27 per cent to 0.36 per cent.
His preceding acquisition was on Dec 22, with 500,000 shares bought at S$1.05 per share.
Last month, Mr Yang noted that with its resilient supply chain, the group was moving towards its goal of becoming the first multi-national purchasing platform of personal protection equipment, medical devices, and health products in Asia with one-stop-shop capability.

Medtecs produces PPEs that are used in hospitals, not just face masks. It is very dangerous to invest in a company without knowing how the company makes its revenue. Message to fellow longists in 546, we know what we are in for when we invested in the company. Don' t be swayed by what we hear or see. It is an undisputable fact this company will continue to make very good profits for the rest of 2021 and beyond. Stay the course and have iron hands.

Wah lao Boi. You deliberately want to distort or you really don't know what the business is all abt. How many times the CEO must explain that face mask is not their most core. It is the others. He even explained down to the stitches of gown that make PPE entry barrier high & difficult to produce. Ah boi, at least read ler else don't know then ask lar. Don't like that. Not good. Not good

I beg to differ this. It will close at 0.95 on Monday. You guys can start to queue on Tues or Wednesday to buy at 0.93 and then wait patiently to sell at 1.10 for the fourth times since 20 Dec 2020.

Even with the increase in cases, it may not matter to Medtecs. A lot more companies are producing masks which suppresses the price of masks leading to suppressed profit.
Just hope that it cannaintain its profits.
