With more updates, thing looks so much better. Current oversold price is definitely a steal due to forced selling by 3 insititutions. In summary, it is good news for NOW. If it opens, it should GAP up. For Shortists, better be worried and for those who cut losses earlier BUT DID NOT buy back, will just whine and lament. This is stock market. A wager as I said before. | ||||

Debt is toxic only when the liquid assets are not able to cover for it. Even illiquid assets like property can be liquidated but when assets under distress can not get good price, of cos. Debt is also toxic when company order book is bad but thei order book is about $400m. The issue is not the company here, the issue is the Boss ownself cheque ownself. Internal control is a main issue. UNLESS the investigation unravels he took money to round-trip the numbers of order book is fake. So far, nothing about company now. Enjoy the ride, if re open. Let us see. No one knows for sure not even PWC.

The company already suspended, and warn to be careful when trading in its shares..
It also have over 300mil debt...plus some potential new surprises waiting to be discover from the audit.. |

Tee Int is 60% shareholder of Tee Land (a prized asset). LBW is a director and shareholder. Hence, I am sure the buyer is not any Ah Ben or Ah Seng. Getting interesting. K suspect the share will NOT be halted but let it correct upwards to the offer price. Let us see..... nice | ||||

Hyflux and Tee different. Ah Tee order book is now $400m. Positive net equity of $150m. So offer price will be good. Not sure will be 10cts but more than 5 cts no problem.

For total combination with wife he hold 45% of company shares if sold to offerer, a GO will be make , at what price ? Hyflux always ask for higher price but now Towkay no money ,lucky no privatised by that stupid investor at 20c, he can proposed half price at 10c? that was the right issue price recently of which MP Lee BW also subscribed.
