 Alert Admin 		If they push up the price on condition that existing small share holder do not sell their share and more people follow buy up the share. 
But now many retailer is waiting to cut lesser loss and no new buyer interested to buy. They wont' take the risk to push up too high.

 Alert Admin 		Don't worry Bro, TH have the bullet to subscribe all rights issued, but the question is how much they decide to do the job which is to makan most of the rights,. I think they will push up the SATS price in order to set the bar higher so that we small frys cannot challenge them in monetary term. My target stays at $3.80, which is the breaking point previously.

Do not try to short on Monday thinking of history repeating by itself.......

The FM is pumping up the price hoping to push up around $3.50 so that the Right can be around $3.20 or so.........Every 3 get 1 right.........

Like that Singapore got Face and TH also got face......to eat up the WFS...........

Wait and see.....hopefully Sats open at $3.10 on Monday

 Alert Admin 		I see some problems which SATs is trying to resolve because this is coming to 3 mths since 28 sep announcement abt WFS.

Problems:
1.  High interest rate...how much loan to take and at what interest rate?  SATS announced $700m at 4%?  Is that achievable?
2. SATS announced $800m rights issue.  But with SATS price languishing at $2+ instead of $4, rights price may have to be much lower than the hoped $2.79

 Alert Admin 		I agree with you. Wait for a better price before going in. I am waiting to see the detailed financing plan.  SATS announced funding plan for WFS' s acquisition is too vague.  How many Rights?  What price?  Too vague
