x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I personally think it might be possible.   Just do it this way.   Make a template, fill in the placeholder figures which could be an approximation with the audits being informed that they are just approx. Signed as approximation pending further amendments if necessary. One month later come out with the final figures for all the columns in the templates.   Have the auditors audit them and print the annual report true and final one. Possible?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Garena is valued at US$3.75billion last year.  Last year it raised US$170 million from some high profile investors.  Don' t think yuuzoo has the money to buy.  Yuuzoo has little cash, had to issue shares early this year to get cash for operations.
