But the fact remains that real dividend investors expect a baseline of at least 8% div for this stock. Many blue chips are currently giving 5%-6%, while many very good strong Reits/Trusts are giving 7%-8%.  So many div investors even expect APTT to offer at least 9%-10% for the additional risk.  At 1.2c div for 3Q18 till 4Q2020 (maybe even beyond), it translates to a share price of 15c (8% div) and below (> 8% div) for div investors. Anything higher than this are basically traders, speculators, gamblers and shortists playing among themselves till another new distressed stock captures their attention.
