x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	No point speculating on something that has not confirmed (take over).  The fact is now the SBB has been approved by the referendum, long term investor should look forward to it...just observe the daily volume especially the closing period :) Another fact is JPY was at .083 when they reported the last quarter performance...now it is hovering at .076-0.078....an improvement of  ~7%....as AGT has not pegged their exchange rate....it should favour the  units return  if JPY  stays this way...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think Accordia has acknowledged that they are aware of the bid by MBK but claimed they do not have the particulars of the deal yet. My guess is that MBK is still in the midst of procuring the loans with the Top 3 Japanese Banks. With the BOJ' s recent easing, I would think that it will be easier to obtain financing from the Japanese banks. So this should technically make the borrowing costs lower for MBK. And furthermore, they need time to finalise the documentations with these banks before they can formally issue an offer. Having said that, I believe that the risk is also that MBK might decide to pull out at the last minute due to some other reasons. When they do, share price is likely to drop by more than 10%, basically reverting back to where they were.  Given that analysts are pessimistic about the Golf Industry, it would be reasonable for MBK to rethink their offer. Then again, I' m sure MBK already considered all of that before making the bid in the first place. Given that they are a PE firm, it could be an Olympics bet or something on Accordia. We shall see.
