i believe 12 cents drop on Friday is not enough. There should be more to come since getting $$$ out from YZJ and putting $$$ in NOL would be a safer bet because NOL has very strong backing, is not a S chip and doesn' t have scandals like this.

Bro, this tianjin guoheng allegation against chairman ren is too serious, the impending investigation by China authorities also take much time, same tot he legal suit. This is a totally different scenario from Hankore. There is no court case, no infringement of listing rules in Hankore. If Chairman Ren were to step down from yzj, another guy won' t poosibly do as well. These are but some of the implications, more wrongdoings may be exposed. |

This looks like a repeat of the hankore forum, same case, Friday sell down and sat and Sunday pple argue. Many doomsayers appear. First people fighting over who is right, then got TA show sell signals. When yzj is ok, shadow banking no one talk about it. One strange news out, and all the doomsayers start talking about shadow banking and all that. Then there was this forumer themanu who talked about china eratat also in the hankore thread. After that, look at where is hankore now. And the doomsayers, somehow magically disappear. Guys, no need to debate. U won't be able to convince each other. Tmr bull and bear will fight. Do not rely on auditors even if they are from big 4. They are tasked to audit the accounts, not to unravel all these funny stuffs which management could be hiding. If you worked with auditors before, you realise that the staff are not trained or experienced enough to identify frauds or such, after all, most of them are still young graduates. The upper management (managers and partners) rely heavily on these staff to obtain these evidences. If nothing is picked up, then of cos it is a clean report. |

I hear you bro, r u a victim during enron fraud? Market like affirmation. Chairman already made his call of assurance and counter sue already in the pipeline. Intergrity and reputation at stake. In my opinion, YZJ had a good management team. If YZJ cannot be trusted, which other chinese company can we have faith in? Bro, the next Aurther Anderson will come when you least expect it, i am not as optimistic as you. I am still very wary of the gigantic structured product aka shadow banking in yzj, there' s an air of secrecy brewing inside, i bet the can of worms are hidden there. Unless yzj can provide intricate details of its lending business, sorry, i don' t trust it.
