x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yeah. Nanofilm had some hiccup at the beginning but it seems to iron out some of it' s wrinkles.  If GRAB were to have IPO listing, I would too GRAB that opportunity. This is one way for both stocks to go up in tandem. My company is not worth your time lar bro! Let' s hope we can see some positive note from both of them Singtel and GRAM (if not this year), it will be next year' s BULL year. If Santa decides to delay his trip.......he also scared of COVID-19 hor, we might not expect a Xmas + New Year rally.  I believe when more vaccine starts to roll out and those Westerners stay put at home and skip Christmas, we might really see the light at the end of the tunnel.  If they don' t it will be the biggest tsunami virus they will ever see and hospitals will certainly will be overwhelm. So very much still depends to surpress this pandemic. Do not forget, their flu season have already started and tens and thousands Americans dies from this flu and millions more will be infected. So it' s really a big test for the States now to control as medical workers will be totally exausted. This will effect the overall market and economy

Btw I didn' t say those ' passengers' must be kept and continue to rot, I came from one who continues to keep passengers and over-stressing performers with same rewards!! So I fully understand how such scenarios are playing up. However, Singtel being a giant may be able to find them other relevant roles instead of keeping them in the most strategic department (MARKETING!!). The pace we are moving is so fast now, if we do not catch up (already a bit lagging behind) we will play second fiddle. Nobody wants to get retrench BUT if none of their asses start moving, they will need to be remove. So unless they are still able to contribute in one way or another, there is not point dragging everyone on a sinking ship. Although it' s not sinking yet but it may face an iceberg like the Titanic whom the creator said it was an unsinkable ship. Hahaha......but it was so heavy, it sank so fast, no one had time to react.  I have heard new and old companies on how they manage and i can safetly share with you - the older companies aren' t moving ahead. The new ones are willing to take that risk and I am one of them.  I have interns working for me in the past and they always contribute great ideas which in my mind " why didn' t I think of that?" . They also shared with me some other companies they use to work in are not willing to move ahead. Keep asking the interns to suggest new ideas but not willing to spend that extra bucks. The interns that work with me was so happy I was able to accept their ideas and they executed some new ideas with my full time staffs. Now my full time staffs understand that although interns maybe less experience but they have fresh great ideas waiting to be executed.
