Anyway, even if JMP were to sell, the 1 billion shares can easily be absorbed by the market.

 

Don' t think Mr Yao is that dumb to get an oportunist to come in

 

That is why even if JMP were to convert all the bond, his shareholding is slightly less than 10%

 

and Mr Yao is still in control
