After seeing your comments ' bunch of jokers at Chasen agm' I waste a little of my time to see how much the CEO make:

Chasen CEO makes :

2011 --- $500,000 and above

2012 --- $500,000 and above

2013 --- $500,000 and above

2014 --- $250,000 and above

2015 --- $500,000 and above

2016 --- $250,000 to $500,000

Many your so call joker directors make below $250,000.

Not bad, I also want to be a joker!  $100,000 can already but results just as bad.

Hopefully the they click on some Chasen charts to see the price dive from $ 0.50 to now $0.028.

Unlocking value cause price to drop --- not a joke The Share Price speak volume.

Lunch time over for me. Not sure about them - Can any employees check please - we know you are also very free.

Hi, not meant to rub salt. I gave up this bunch of jokers after attending their agm many years back. I dumped all at 0.20 plus few years back. Taking back capital. Looking back from hindsight, it's good deal done. Their business is becoming very complex and moving forward, they may face cash problem. I share your sentiments. Sad to say there are too many joker CEO and chairman in Singapore listed companies. Probably many SJ forumers can manage better than many of them... Sigh. All the best.

From Chasen AR 2016 Mr Eric comments:
 
' As trading price is subject to market conditions and beyond our control, the Board gives no assurance that the shares would trade above the MTP' ($0.20)
 
This is hilarious --- Last year in AR 2015 Mr Eric Ng say price well under value -- doesn' t the Board know about Share Buy Back mandate if undervalue ? The so call market conditions are control by the Bangala Market Maker which CEO will most of the time say not aware.
Except for the recent on board CFO the rest of Board are long time la kopi experts - should be Starbutt consultants.

It seem Chasen CEO, CFO and Non Executive Chairman are contradicting among themselves.

Non Exec-Chairman in Chasen AR15 (13 Jul 2015) say share price well below Group' s Net Asset Value and they are doing something about it in a few months. Now 11 months later price drop from around $0.08 to today $0.032 -- a 60% dropped.

13 Jul 2015 --- $0.08

15 Jun 2016 --- $0.032

Why no buyback ? Non Exec-Chairman say well under value -- CEO/CFO say ?

 

CEO on 26 Aug 2015 Rights cum Warrants Issue doc say opportunity to average down for long term and reward loyal shareholders since IPO and Derive capital gain ?

How is it a reward when you subscribe at $0.05 when ex-rights can get tons for $0.03, of course the 2 free warrants will be dead by courtesy of your reassignment (not much projects) Bangala Market Maker -- past warrants $0.30 and $0.11 is the proof.

Derive capital gain ? --- Your Bangala MM depress price from $0.50 to now $0.032.

Aonther trick by your Bangala MM is to jack the price up and within 5 days go back to underwater price. Good strategy, Chasen got fund retail who convert got Stuck.

Good thing I have plenty of wrt18 and I hope I am wrong otherwise I lose $$$

This is a 5 G stocks ---- passed from one generation to another.
