Look promising for another good year with 5cts dividends coming!!! Final quarter results should be pretty good judging from its vessels delivery last 3mths on time on target. With oil prices and iron prices dropping like crazy will certainly benefit in favour of yzj result Hold on tight ! |

Nantong Mingde Heavy Industries (Mingde) is moving forward with plans to pursue a restructuring backed by one of its largest creditors after filing for bankruptcy protection in China. Observers note both Mingde and Sainty are among China&rsquo s &ldquo white list&rdquo yards, a designation that entitles recipients to government subsidies, loan guarantees and other benefits. At last check the shipyard&rsquo s backlog included contracts to construct ten chemical tankers on behalf of Norwegian operator Celsius Shipping. Beware of China' s Shipyard, even though it being classify under " white list" , it still has a high risk of default. |

We add Yangzijiang into our Large Cap conviction picks. Its peers in the China A-share market China CSSC(600150 CH) and China Shipbuilding Industry have performed very well in recent months. While Yangzijiang has a lower market capitalization compared to its China peers, valuation parameters such as forward PE, P/B and yield are much more attractive. Our current fundamental TP is $1.62 based on SOTP. Technically, a close above $1.24 points to $1.45.
IMHO, I think YZJ should seriously consider to delist in STI and relist its shares in China A will have much better prospect !
