The new team may have some new business plan/proposal in hand which we do not know , otherwise,  why Well Mission wants to spend millions to buy up  the shares in open market.  Let' s see how market reacts to this move.

Wow , some $8.8 millions were paid out to the 3 top key non-performing management personnel & hopefully the new management team will do their due diligence to reduce such costs so as to turnaround the company from loss to profibility next year.
