x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	US taxation rules are very complicated especially so if your net worth are in millions. There are tax specialist for the high net worth who are US citizens. For the same reason why Facebook co founder chose to renounce his US citizenship to live in Singapore before ipo is clearly for taxation reasons.  Clearly in this case, the disposal by the CEO is for taxation reasons. Not to be interpreted as negative connotations for company.   Should market be knee jerk by such news, then it represents buying opportunity.
