 Alert Admin 		Some people might only look at negative side no matter how. A half full glass can alawys half empty from their perspective. There is always a but...but... 

Even if SCM book order is improving, they will say but... but KOM is dropping!
Why bother to merge with KOM?
If the CE book order is improved, they will say but... but the value is only 0.07.
But... but poor management.
But .... there is billions shares 
etc.

it is like focusing on a black dot on a white paper. 
Not wrong to be careful. But...but do this people really able to find perfect timing or perfect counter in share investing?
Do you and me perfect?

But... but people said, sell away and go away this month.
But... but DOW is droping lo
But ..but can oil price hold at 100?
The list can go on and on.

My take is that either they are shorting SCM, if not share investing is not for them.
No one is saying share price will only follow their NAV. Many US shares prices are way above their NAV.

 Alert Admin 		If the merge is good, SM eventually will trade at high price before the voting. The diluted NTA won' t the cause as HHI is currently trading at above 2x PB. If CE can' t even match HHI, no point to merge 😜

Before merger both are different entities and SMM is buying over KOM from KC.
What will you do if both are in the same industries and to free up funds from one to another. Mr Brown called it "chau turtle"
Rmb different accounts/entities, quite apparent right - KC was clinching deal after deal whereas SMM shareholders "kpkb" why no contract win!!!
Of course cannot totally zero, already many are saying management lousy and CEO Wong should be fire. SMM managed to secured $1.3b whereas KOM net order book of $5.1b. Directorship and producer lah... Follow the script tiok boh tiok boh

Your question about after merger should KOM closed lesser deals? Does it really matters?

Actually the deal good or bad for SM still unknown yet, base on diluted NTA it' s look bad but if KOM able to build up order book more than SM by 5B on year end then it' s a fair deal. If KOM order book only more than SM by less than 2B on year end then it' s really can consider a bad deal for SM. Anyway if really bad deal, SH won' t be so stupid to vote for the merge
