If YZJ management is singaporean and audit under singapore auditing firm, you may not need to pay attention on the possibility of faking financial statement. YZJ maintain 21% margin of shipbuilding project. As per my knowledge, this is not possible in present market since almost all shipyards are cutting throat in fighting the new building orders. Cosco singapore which is china biggest yard in term of capacity is an example to show what is the situation in china shipbuilding market. YZJ profit is not realistic at all. Just my concerns, may be over worry and may also not surface out if nobody really investigate the real asset value that they lose from their property investment. I just can' t believe YZJ can make such a profit in this down turn. I won' t be surprise to see YZJ default and involve in finance scandal in 1 day.
