Assume 1. shortist short 100 lots at $2.5 & 6% CDP borrowing interest = 0.06*(100,000*$2.5) = $15,000 interest per year. 2. resume trading & immediately sell at $1.36, profit will be ($2.5 - $1.36)*100,000 - $15,000 =  $99,000. shortist still win. if opening less than $1.36, shortist huat fat fat.

So far no directors resigned from their post , it shown as good sign.  Not like other S-chip, when there is suspension , all independent directors resigned and the business start having a big losses and delist the end.
