You can see that the " base" has formed. And the price was pulling back after it hit the " neckline" . How far is this pull back we have to wait and see.. Once the pull back is completed, then the price usually would re-test the " neckline" again, maybe a few times before it breaks and shoot up the " 1st est. TP" . It would take sometime, not in days but probably months. This is what TA can tell based on the chart pattern, and this would be happened only if the " abalone house" is managed propoerly and growth.  DYODD.
