x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	No problems lifeisgood, i am a long term holder. I dont normally sell my until minimum 6 months later or when the story line change. Share movement normally follow a trend. When the trend is positive, it will stay positive for sometime and those who sell early will miss the boat. Likewise when the trend is negative, it will take awhile before it stabilise at a lower level. Those who go in when they see the stock falling could end up " catching a falling knife" . So when a stock fall, let it fall until it touches bottom. You know its bottom when sellers are not selling and trading volume is low. If the new low is higher than the previous low, the rebound may take the stock to a new high. So again, if you wish to maximise your profits, you may have to wait for it to reach a new high. Of course in between anything can happen and derail the trend such as major market crashes, result doesnt measure up etc etc. Above for sharing only .. all the best to all! lifeisgood      ( Date: 08-Apr-2017 08:57) Posted: May have to wait very long. Looking at the movements and activities of the company, I have a feeling that the company' s performance for this year is likely to improve, at least marginally. And 2018 should be a very good year for them barring unforseen circumstances.   Reasons for my optimisms are: 1. consolidation of part of its business at the Singapore Aerospace Park (SAP). The company main business is in aerospace. By being present in SAP put the company in proximity w its customers n potential customers. This may result in more businesses. According to the management, the shift to SAP will bring about &ldquo cost savings, increased productivity, and headroom for future growth&rdquo .   2. Acquisition of JEP Industrades Pte Ltd. In 2015 The acquisition has resulted in higher revenue for the Group' s Trading & Others segment. It registered a significant increase in revenue, from S$6.3 mil to S$18.5 mil. JEP Industrades Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the company.   3. Others: - nta 3.2 cts against current price 2.8 cts - dividend, company declared a dividend of 0.03 cts per share, giving a yield of 1.1% - healthy balance sheet - company had been actively managed, pro-active   4. positive management comments: (Press release on 28 feb 2017) - " we are looking forward to a better year ahead" . - " we are currently receiving promising levels of enquiries from existing and potential customers' . - " we are also taking great care to stremline our production processes, building on the productivity and cost saving measures&rdquo . - " will become more cost effective and efficient" .   For more details refer to the company postings on SGX on 28 feb 2017.   Note .. this company is more for long term investors, in my view.   Above are just my thoughts. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	For rights issue, company very cheapskate, did not engage an underwriter, so no chng kay. And rights were therefore very undersubscribed. After rights issue, will have chng kay come in ??? Seems like quite illogical. So if just day traders playing among themselves, probably not much strength going forward.

A high capacity of 80% means company will be able to take in more orders. Management also commented that they are looking forward to a better year. Margin likely to improve. Management commented that they are taking great care to streamline their production processes, building on productivity and cost saving measures company will become more cost effective and efficient. Conclusion: With improved sales and margin, company' s profitability should improve but it remains to be seen whether the management can pull it through. Just sharing my thoughts. Heavily vested for long term.
