I sick and tired of contel already actually. Planning to put my eggs into WE now.    WE news is rather good from what I see. As long as contract not signed, its not firm. Thats what I can say but WE can trade at 20c so I believe there's some foundation already. Maybe sell electronics into myanmar.   I'm not vested in WE yet. But I'll be soon.
