MBKP Resort said in a statement. The PE firm added, however, that the golf industry faces the so-called &ldquo Year 2020 Problem&rdquo of aging consumers who are headed into their 70s. Accordia must deal with &ldquo severe&rdquo market trends, such as decreasing numbers of golfers and a drop in the unit price for a round of golf, by accelerating its acquisition of golf courses overseas and working with overseas partners to gain more tourist business, K.K. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I believe the privatization of Accordia golf is positive for AGT - If you noticed, there are now more prominent shareholders (Canadian pension fund etc) having a vested stake in AGT as a result of this deal which bodies well for the investor profile. I believe this is a contributing factor to the recent steady rise in the underlying stock price. Let' s hope there are exciting plans ahead. The yield on AGT is also very enticing for investors.
