Once shortist can no longer sing the Alibaba song, reverse will be in sight and likely to see days of uptrend. Much talk on Singpost centre reit but I prefer that it be sold outright. Not now yet and probabaly mid next year bah.. If it does not materialise, then Reit can be the fallback option. As for Alibab, already write them off since they began disposing last year. Impact to sp will be mute, I think, if there is any further sale. In fact, its better that they sell off. Current sp I feel is undervalued and there is potential to rise, which is why I have been buying whenever it drops. Holding for at least a year or 2.  Waiting and hoping for New CEO to fire her 1st shot of good news

SPH was over $4 before REIT spin off.   It then entered into multi-year decline to as low as $1.   Shareholders got a lifeline when SPH was delisted at $2.4 and Paragon REIT was delisted at $0.98.
