&bull   It may surprise some that a Chinese micro-cap company, Zixin Group, has attracted investor attention.

The stock is covered by Phillips Securities and KGI Research. Investor Thomas Clive Khoo has aggressively accumulated shares, now holding 13.5% of the company.

&bull   Zixin Group listed on SGX in 2015 via a reverse takeover.

&bull   Despite its unglamorous sweet potato focus, Zixin has progressively delivered improved financials.

 

&bull The latest set of FY results (+220% profit) was ultra-sweet.

In FY2025 (ended March 2025), it earned a net profit of RMB 42.7 million, driven by higher sales of fresh sweet potatoes, processed products, and seedling.

 Alert Admin 		price did up 4pips or 13% after profit guidance.  price usually pause after results ann. if it already moved before that.. zixin is a typical slow mover.  current pe ratio based on full resuts is 6.8. no hurry it will come good.

Zixin Group reports FY2025 earnings of RMB42.7 million up 219.9% y-o-y
Zixin Group has reported earnings of RMB42.7 million for its FY2025 ended March, up 219.9% y-o-y, on the back of a 33.1% rise in revenue to RMB424.8 million.
 
The company attributes the growth to higher volume and new products. With an increase in capacity, it enjoyed better efficiency too, as part of its bid to build a more complete sweet potato value chain.
 
" We believe this set of results is just a beginning, as the circular economy is now completed," says executive chairman and CEO Liang Chengwang.
 
The company has put in place steady expansion plans in particular, replicating its operations in Hainan Island instead of merely at its home base of Liancheng County in Fujian.

This P/E ratio is relatively low compared to the industry average. For instance, the average P/E ratio for the Asian Food industry is around 16.7, and the peer average is about 18.5. This suggests that Zixin's stock may be undervalued relative to its peers.

Furthermore, Zixin's forward P/E ratio is projected to decrease to approximately 7.03 in 2025 and 5.58 in 2026, indicating expectations of earnings growth.

In summary, Zixin Group Holdings currently has a relatively low P/E ratio compared to its industry peers, which may indicate that the stock is undervalued.

Half Year earnings of $2.24 rmb per share which is $0.004 per share.
If they can maintain the same earning per share for second half year that would translate to $0.008 per share which is only PE 4.25x
So the target priuce of $0.06 by KGI and $0.056 by Philips is achievable.
If we take a PPE of 8x, that would be $0.08 !
