Just a info for short sell, short sell need to be cover back by the same day, what happen if do not cover back by same day?
If you are unable to cover back the short position on the same trading day, and if you do not have existing shares in the free balance of your CDP account by 12pm on Trade Date +3 (Half-working Day: 8pm, on Trade Date +2), SGX regards the sale transaction as a short-sell and conducts a buying-in at 3pm, Trade Date +3. (Half-working day: 11am, Trade Date +3) If you short sell and buy back by second or following day, that is new BUY position, no the cover position.

Was counting shares for the last 20days
146m sold, but 156m bought. If contra has a maximum of 5 days, that means a total of 10m shares are being withheld. Till now. Gd to have shortists ard sometimes. They help those accumulating shares to fulfill their orders. BBs will move only fulfilling their purchases. Long or short we all have a role to play, like a game of chess, without the other side, there is nothing to play. I appreciate the sharing and casual statements to celebrate right calls and all, but let's avoid being personal. |

We, the investors buy and hold with fundamental analysis pulished here. You, the short seller like a crying baby say sell everyday but no analysis has been published until now. You need to prove your worth here bro. Or people here will suspect your motive. It is making a higher low today from the chart, the uptrend is intact. If you can convince us why we need to sell, we will follow you. Else stop making blind accusations, it will only degrade yourself and your credibility here. I have not sold anything. It has not reach the experts' buyout value. The market is bigger than me.

Personnally I feel is " How much" profit you want... for those already making a sum of profit then you can always sell...still profit, only more or less. I made my little profit out of this counter weeks ago and that is it for me... For those on contra... good luck. This share is strictly based on news... For such counter, you will not know what can happened over weekend. It is Friday...I will go for those stable counter instead. Cheers...my opinion only hor, hope no offence to anyone out there. |
