x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	it is true that everyone is entitle to own opinion. did not say the bro is wrong ah. i also of opinion that ukraine crisis is created for purpose of supporting ... no real war talk only all air. later will say see becuase i say it did not happen. more urgent task for them is to come to agreement with iran to have them to legally export oil and bring down oil prices.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	instituations flow for city dev. before 27 Dec was a lot of selling > 40m from 27 dec and following weeks  +1.1m, 1.6m, 10.7m, 7m, 4.1m, and 5.9m on 31 Jan. one can see a slow nibbling since. but not yet recovered from the sell. my guess. quite desperate to get it back cheap. overall market value traded  was sgd 1b-1.2b a day.  in the last few days quite a bit more.  therefore the spring buying and allocation has started.

(my guess) sep oct f1 is a tell tale sign of things to come. will tourism boom again by then? once marketing start, we will see actions on casinos, hotels, air travel, transport, restaurants etc. casinos booming during christmas, new year and cny. you believe?
