The example you just mentioned been YZJSB and YZJFH is a clear case of limitation where the vested holders do not know how to make a precise decision, and this is often a limitation and self lacking that leads to the outcome. Inventory value in the Balance Sheet usually sub categorized into Purchased, Work-In-Progress and Finished Goods.  So it is pretty embarassing that Finance is unaware of the huge discrepenancy, especially when there is an ERP system that usually tracks inventory movements and assosicated costs in real-time.  Moreover, the CFO is overall accountable for the reported Financial statements too
