From 8.2cts to 10.6cts, up 2.4cts already good improvement. From 10.6cts to 12.5cts, just need another round of 1.9cts. achievable, I think. Already hold more than 6 months (fully paid of course). No rush. Are there ppl whom bought at $1 and still holding?? Don't tell me KC lah, I think they supported since IPO. But they are too strong to fail, so no worries for them. Today if hit 11cts, I think have chance for new high soon. My brother told me may hit 11.8cts. Lol. Sometimes he quite zhun. He sees the chart. Bottle neck at Permian basin will drive up shale cost (rising land prices + other related cost ) thereby capping production. With FR out as sellers, there will only be more buyers and less sellers. These are the die-hard loyalists but also die quite hard losing 80% to 95% of their investment in Kris. Those bought from 10c to 15c can probably see their money and even profit from it in the longer run. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	You may be surprised when it rally how much it can go up. Last May, it rises from 12cts till 15cts, close to 16cts. That was when FR still in Kris energy. Now FR already say goodbye, no selling pressure. In my own opinions, all these seems pre arranged by someone or group of ppl, to wait for FR to clear their positions and then they can reorganize things back on track, be it new SSHscwho are beneficial to Kris energy, new cooperation between Kris n KC, with oil prices helping at same time. It is call 天 时 地 利 人 和 . There's no better time now to set for a recovery upwards to where it want to be. Only left putting their operations in order, which we shld know, who are in Kris energy, the group that once pushed another listed company to shine (pearl energy or something? I forget). If they are not strong enough, how will KC let their top mgt also join forces with them, the intention is actually pretty clear, they WON'T LET KRIS ENERGY FAILS. Vested. Dyodd. we shall see how this company perform going into 2nd half 2018 and the Cambodia site starting in 2019. The announcement by the first buyer stated the date as 6 April. Although I benefited quite a bit from this tardiness, this is not correct and certainly not how a world-class exchange works.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This FR........last minute.  And the two SSH bought on 6 Apr, they said disposed on 11 Apr.  I tot will be this sort of deal will be on the same day but sounded more like normal trading T+3.  SSH bought and 3 days later FR deliver.  Anyway, minor point. So external factors all cleared (for now).  Oil price is really looking good now.  Even US stockpile up also cannnot stop it from going up.  But got $1-2 likely from Syria situation.  If Ducky go soft or Reverse Takeout (ya lah is Put in) goes a bit friendly then maybe must return some.  For now, good opportunites to trade. Agreement with KC is also a plus point.  Now only their operation which they have made progress in sorting out Wassana those problematic wells.

This means that for them to increase production rates, they will have to spend even more on development capex (i.e. drilling of more wells). But the problem is, they cannot afford to because they dont have the cash! 3. Oil and gas properties (these are the ones that are producing oil) have been declining steadily since 2015. I dont look at exploration assets, because those are just fluff. If they dont continue to spend on exploration capex, they are not going to discover new oil fields, which will hurt them... But the problem is, they dont have the cash to do that and that exploration is hit or miss! This impactspoint number 2 more. 4. As such where is the value coming? Probably farm outs (i.e. selling of existing oil and gas assets, which they have done for one of the fields) But the problem is they can only sell at a massive discount due to the weak oil and gas industry now, plus kris is the one who is facing problems. Disstressed assets sell cheaply. This company is a goner in my opinion and a ticking time bomb. What can save it? Finding more 2P assets. but this is only 1 step to the equation. They will then need to go to the market AGAIN, to ask for money (which will be tough) to develop the fields, and then first oil will come afterwards. the whole process will take maybe 2-3 years? Or otherwise, they discover oil, and then some private equity or bigger oil player comes around and takes kris private, which i think is dumb. I rather wait for the company to collpase then bid for the disstressed assets at cheap value
